Finish Points is decision from UCI 5% Rule. Of course, points gives for under 31st GC.
Join Points gives who signed list of start sign. Otherwise DNF, race finished very later from Winner.
Especially for join another race as Japanese National Team, will gives for 5th points.
For Feminin Rider(FR), Tour Leader has wear "Sister Rose Jersey".
